Happy News and Photos

AAAAHHHHHHH! Please imagine me screaming with fury because that`s what I`ve just been doing! I took 2 hrs, TWO HOURS typing out what I thought was a good entry. Then I pressed SAVE NOW, then PUBLISH POST, only to get a message saying that someone else was trying to use the same function !!! What?????...and to try again later, PLEASE BACK SPACE...and then I lost the lot. Did I swear? You bet! Did I thump the desk in anger...OUCH! yes I did!
I wanted the thank everyone for their kind words of comfort, their prayers, and how good they are making me feel, which is what I did and am doing now. Thank you all so much, they are really helping me and I will keep them close to my heart for tomorrows appointment. Thanks too to Guido for mentioning me in Call For Support, that was very kind, thank you again.
I had a phone call from Kerry just a while back to tell me that after her second scan today she was told she is expecting a little girl! A LITTLE GIRL...she is healthy and everything is as it should be for 20 weeks. Roman is not so sure as he wanted a boy so he could share his toys with. Oh well, I`m sure he`ll get used to the idea....lol!

My happy Little Man on Sunday

With mummy Kerry just before they went home

I took this about 7.15 this morning. I though the cloud formation looked stunning with red sun shining through, the photo doesn`t do it justice though.

Anyway dear friends, I`ll say goodbye for now. I`ve been typing away for so long that my fingers are a little sore...lol! Take care and thanks again for everything. :o)

  1. Sandra you know we will all be thinking of you tomorrow. Good luck. I know you will let me know. As for losing everything, the same thing happened to me today. I pressed saved and was told there was a server error, try again in 30 seconds. All my work disappeared and only the heading appeared but................when I went into draft, it was all there. All I had to to was press publish and hey presto. Always check draft first just to make sure

Oh Sandra, how lucky you are. A grand-daughter. I love our boys to bits but a Grand-daughter would have been my dream. One of each is delightful for Kerry as well. I envy you in the nicest possible way. But Becky is adamant she will not have any more and anyway if she changed her mind it would probably be another boy.

Like I said I will be thinking of you in the morning and awaiting news. Special prayers for you tonight as well.

  9. Hello! I just stumbled across your blog and I must say, I feel for you. I recently had a situation where I typed for what seemed like half a day. I thought it had been saving periodically. Well, apparently not. I about threw my computer across the room. But, lucky for the computer, I blessed it with a little grace.

  11. I've only just read yesterdays news Sandra. I'm so sorry that you have this worry when you should be celebrating the news of a grand daughter. You know I'll send my prayers and very best wishes that nothing is too wrong with you but I know what a worry it is anyway after Jeannette's scare. Best of luck tomorrow and of course I'll be thinking of you. Blogger isn't much better than AOL on somethings is it? Sorry you lost your entry, it's worth looking in Draft for it but it's a little late now you've rewritten it! Jeannette xxxx

  16. Oh I'm so jealous my friend. Congrats on getting a granddaughter next. So happy that everything is healthy. Roman is such a doll. He and my Kyan would have such a time together playing. I think when the time comes he will be an excellent big brother even if she's a GIRL lol. My thoughts are with you. I think I'm on your schedule. My days and nights are mixed up. I want to sleep all day which is probably when your night is and I'm up all night with my eyes wide open. I will check back.
    Hugs, Chrissie
